At Crab Creek Country Store we know that some customers like the look and feel of a real woodburning fireplace, while others prefer the convenience of a gas fireplace. We provide a variety of both so that you can choose what is right for your home!

Gas Fireplaces:

Gas fireplaces are designed to provide you comfort and convenient temperature control in your home. You can choose from either direct vent or vent-free, depending on your needs. Direct vent gas fireplaces do not require a chimney and can be vented directly through a wall or roof. The direct vent pulls in combustion air from outside and also vents to the exterior of your home, and doesn’t consume any warm interior air. Direct vent also eliminates drafts and heat loss often associated with fireplaces. Vent free fireplaces do not require venting (zero clearance) and can be installed almost anywhere within your home, while adding style and warmth. You will need to check with local codes regarding installation of vent free products.

Woodburning Fireplaces:

Many people prefer the smell of burning wood, along with the lower heating bills associated with woodburning fireplaces. Woodburning fireplaces provide an affordable and efficient way to heat your home, combined with the traditional feel that it offers. When installed with a blower, a woodburning fireplace can often heat several rooms in a home.
